Between 1997 and 2003, Böck immersed himself in t
he rigorous study of visual composition, a period that laid the essential groundwork for his later explorations into photography and filmmaking. Seeking to expand his conceptual horizons, he moved to Berlin to attend the Hochschule der Künste Berlin from 2003 to 2006, an experience that undoubtedly infused his work with the experimental energy of the German contemporary art scene.
