Beyond his personal practice, Bagodi has been a cornerstone of the academic and collaborative art community. He served as the Dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts and Head of the Department of Graphic Arts at The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda until his retirement in June 2021. His commitment to the medium is further evidenced by his role as a co-founder of the CHHAAP Vadodara Printmaking Workshop, a vital studio providing space and residency for fellow artists.
