Peter Kalman

The Hand and the Line Born in Bratislava, Slovakia, Peter Kalman’s practice is rooted in the physical act of making. His work does not rely on a single medium but moves through various forms of visual expression. He has spent his life working as a painter, a graphic artist, and a designer. There is a sense of structure in his approach, one that connects the precision of a graphic designer with the tactile nature of a textile artist.
