The Life and Art of Elsa Jemne
Elsa Jemne was an American painter, muralist, and illustrator born in Saint Paul, United States. After attending the St. Paul Institute, she pursued her art studies at the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts in Philadelphia.
