Offinger’s artistic identity is often linked to his use of a specific monogram, a large "A" with a smaller "O" inserted, which was inspired by the famous "AD" monogram of Albrecht Dürer. His work includes several significant pieces held in various collections, such as a portrait of Hans Ernst von der Asseburg in Spanish attire, which is currently held in the Gemäldegalerie in Berlin.
