lee ungno, även känd som yi eungro, var en koreansk-född fransk målare och grafikern född i seoul, sydkorea 1904. Hans tidiga liv präglades av en kort vistelse vid hongseong botong hakyo (홍성보통학교, 홍城초등학교, 洪城普通學校), varpå han ägnade sig åt att studera måleri under yeomjae song tae-hoe från 1920.
