Paulus Bril (Paul Brill): Majstor italijanskog pejzaža Paulus Bril, poznat i kao Paul Brill (1554–1626), bio je izuzetno uticajan flamanski slikar i grafičar, slavljen zbog svoje pionirske uloge u razvoju žanra italijanskog pejzaža. Rođen u Antverpenu, u Belgiji, veći deo svoje umetničke karijere proveo je u Rimu, gde su njegova dela ostavila dubok trag na slikarstvo pejzaža kako u Italiji, tako i u Severnoj Evropi. Njegovo umetničko nasleđe leži u sposobnosti da dočara lepotu i veličinu italijanske ruralne sredine, istovremeno prepletajući klasične motive sa autentičnom atmosferskom perspek…
