Gerrit Dou – Život a Dielo Gerrit Dou, tiež známý ako Gerard Douw alebo Dow, bol významný holandský maliar zlatého veku (1613–1675), ktorý sa stal jednou z hlavných postav zlatého veka holandskej tvorby. Narodil sa v Leidene, kde jeho otec bol výrobca sklá, a zomrel februára 9., 1675., pričom odkázal svetovému umeniu impozantné dielo vyrezávaných obrazov, ktoré stále fascinujú milovníkov umenia po celom svete.
