His early education in architecture and interior design at the Art Institute of his hometown provided a foundational understanding of spatial relationships and form – knowledge that would later inform the monumen
tal scale and dramatic compositions characteristic of his work. This initial grounding, however, was quickly superseded by a burgeoning passion for theater and scenography, experiences which ignited within him a desire to create immersive visual narratives.
