Wu Guanzhong
Frühes Leben und Ausbildung Geboren: Yixing, China (1919) Wu Guanzhongs Familie hatte zunächst die Absicht, dass er Lehrer werden sollte, in der Nachfolge seines Vaters. Im Jahr 1935 bestand er die Aufnahmeprüfung und studierte Elektrotechnik an der Zhejiang Industrial School (heute Teil der Zhejiang Universität). Eine entscheidende Begegnung mit dem Kunststudenten Zhu Dequn führte zu Wus Versetzung in die National Hangzhou Academy of Art im Jahr 1936.
