Franz Marc: Ein Pionier des Deutschen Expressionismus Frühes Leben und Ausbildung Franz Moritz Wilhelm Marc wurde am 8. Februar 1880 in München, Deutschland, geboren. Sein Vater, Wilhelm Marc, war Landschaftsmaler und beeinflusste seinen Sohn zunächst durch seine künstlerischen Neigungen.
