WahooArt.com provides our customers with a high quality hand – made oil painting reproductions.
If a customer is not 100% satisfied with his order, he is free to be refunded in following cases:
• if the customer change his mind one day maximum after the order, we refund 100% of the order without any questions;
• if the customer receive the photo of the artwork and does not like, we refund 100% of his order;
• within one month after receiving the artwork, the customer has a right to return his order at his own cost and choose either 100% merchandise credit or an identical replacement.
Paintings are rarely damaged or lost during shipping. If it does happen, we will make a new painting for you
and ship it free of charge. If a frame is damaged during shipping, we will refund it or send you a new one.

If his requirements match return policy of our site, we refund money during maximum 3 days after receiving e-mail. With any application and issues the customer can contact support team of WahooArt.com directly, we pledge to find a solution to the issue in the shortest time.
Client has to notice that our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since his purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer him a refund or exchange.
If within 3 days after the request, client do not receive a refund, he has to contact his credit card company, it may take some time before a refund is officially posted.
Next he needs to contact his bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If client wants to return product, he can mail us and we will answer all questions.

Client will be responsible for paying for his own shipping costs for returning his item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If he receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from his refund.
Depending on where client lives, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach him, may vary.
If he is shipping an item over $75, he should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
