Standard Return PolicyArtsDotCom provides our customers with a high quality hand – made oil painting reproductions. If a customer is not 100% satisfied with his order, he is free to be refunded in following cases:
Shipping DamagesPaintings are rarely damaged or lost during shipping. If it does happen, we will make a new painting for youand ship it free of charge. If a frame is damaged during shipping, we will refund it or send you a new one.Ship your item back to ArtsDotComTo initiate a return on an international order, you must contact us within 30 days from the date your packagearrives at your doorstep to create a Return Authorization.Upon contacting us, you will be provided with the instructions below. Please be sure to follow them accordinly so your return is processed without delay.Place all items being returned, as defined in this return authorization, in one parcel.Enclose the commercial invoice in a plastic document sleeve on the exterior of the package being returned.This is necessary in order for your return to clear customs.Take it to your nearest DHL/USPS drop-off.
- if the customer change his mind one day maximum after the order, we refund 100% of the order without any questions;
- if the customer receive the photo of the artwork and does not like, we refund 100% of his order;
- within one month after receiving the artwork, the customer has a right to return his order at his own cost and choose either 100% merchandise credit or an identical replacement.
